Terms & Conditions – Hibiscus Miami Beach Cover Model Application

By submitting an application to the Hibiscus Miami Beach Cover Model search, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Finalist Requirements

• If selected as a finalist, applicants may be asked to post about the contest on their Instagram Stories.

• This requirement helps us understand your true audience reach and engagement on Instagram, beyond just follower count.

• Finalists will be asked to send a direct message (DM) with a screenshot of their Story, including the total views, to @hibiscusmiamibeach.

2. Winner Requirements

• If chosen as the Hibiscus Miami Beach Cover Model, the winner agrees to participate in an interview for Hibiscus Miami Beach’s social media platforms, including Instagram.

• The winner understands and agrees that their image will be featured on the cover of Hibiscus Miami Beach magazine, which will be printed in over 2,000 copies and distributed throughout luxury locations across Miami Beach.

3. Media & Publicity Release

• By applying, finalists and winners grant Hibiscus Miami Beach the right to use their name, image, likeness, and submitted content for promotional, editorial, and marketing purposes in connection with the competition and the magazine, without additional compensation.

4. Eligibility & General Terms

• Applicants must provide accurate information in their submissions.

• Hibiscus Miami Beach reserves the right to disqualify applicants who do not comply with these Terms & Conditions.

• Hibiscus Miami Beach reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

5. Application Fee

• A non-refundable application review charge is required to submit an application.

• Payment of this fee does not guarantee selection as a finalist or cover model.
